Turnaround times are subject to change with specials, sales, and high volume of orders.

All video edits & art  takes 14 business days (including: intros, outros , & banners 

REVISIONS:

Revisions are intended to be used for small design changes and do not include a full redesign, new concept or anything that requires further research. Any and all changes that are not included in the original order form are subject to revision fees.

All video edits and bundles (including: intros, outros, and banners .) come with 1 free revision included in the cost. If 1 revision is exceeded, a fee of $15+ will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made.

REFUNDS:

Once payment has been made to Amia Visuals , the payment is NON-REFUNDABLE unless agreement has been made between client and designer. If any dispute is filed while order is in progress, your order will be cancelled. Please read instructions carefully if you are unsure about purchasing.
